I placed an order on rkguns. Com on March 13th my account was charged in full after the 10 business day my order was still processing so I decided to email them their customer service never got back to me about my order so the next day I called the woman at customer service said that they didn't know why my order hasn't shipped she went and got a supervisor that's when they said that my order was out of stock and they did not know when they would be getting anymore in to go ahead and cancel my order that the item I had purchased was at the Leesburg rural king.

I went and purchased the gun at the Leesburg store and then called to cancel my order I waited on hold over half an hour for the customer service to tell me that my order still hasn't shipped they couldn't give me a date when it would and then are you to say that they had not received the money for the order even though my bank statement shows it was out of my account on March 13th they said that they only take the money when they ship. Today is 3 days after my order was canceled and I still have not received a refund for the purchase I have emailed several times now about the refund because customer service told me I had to send them an email with a picture of my receipt for the purchase I made at the store in order to even cancel my order I'm still trying to figure out when my $224 is going to be refunded into my account the order was canceled I never received any product so why are they withholding my money since they've had it since March 13th today is March 31st
